How to Remove/Delete a Client in PartnersHub
This article explains how to remove a client from the PartnersHub dashboard.
Important: Before deleting a client, make sure the client no longer needs to be managed in PartnersHub and that any important information has been retained according to your organisation's procedures.
Prerequisites
Before Proceeding, ensure that you:
- have access to the PartnersHub dashboard.
- Have the required permissions to manage clients
- Have selected the correct client.
Steps to Remove a client
Step 1: Log in to PartnersHub
Log in to your PartnersHub account using your Username and password
Step 2: Open the clients Section
From the PartnersHub dashboard, navigate to the Clients section.
Step 3: Locate the Client
Search for or scroll through the client list to find the client you want to remove.
Step 4: Open the Client Option
Select the clients or open the available Actions/Options menu for that client.
Step 5: Select Delete/Remove
Select Delete Client or Remove Client, depending on the option displayed in your PartnersHub dashboard.
Step 6: Confirm the Deletion
A confirmation message may appear.
Review the client details carefully and select Confirm, Delete, or relevant confirmation option.
Step 7: Verify the Client has Been Removed
Return to the Client section and search for the client again.
The client should no longer appear in the active list.
The client has now been removed from PartnersHub. Always the client list after completing the process to ensure that the correct client was removed.
